I've just seen this ball marker with a built in level reader. You know with the bubble inside:
I was wondering if this is legal? If it is legal it seems like a great putting aide!
Should be legal. Marking your ball is legal and that is really an alignment as well.

Well... I think of it like marking the ball for putting. Some sees it as undue advantage. But the thing is, ANYONE can do it. This thing also, just have it in your bag. If you opponent uses it then you CAN also use it. You will have the same advantage.
